My t- stat was not operating, light fixture bulbs were blinking, several outlets no power. I called a-star, greeted with helpful assistance, she asked about needs and schedule, great service. Andrew was in my area, did initial troubleshooting, explained possible issues, options and costs upfront and easy to understand, friendly and professional. Fixed and addressed all issues. Highly recommend Andrew and A-star.

Irving was very professional. He explained what he thought was the problem with the leak in my front yard and gave me an estimate. He and his assistant went right to work. At one point he said there was one additional thing he would like to do putting down pea gravel, gave me the price for the extra work. I agreed. They finished the job and cleaned the area and made sure my water was working properly before they left. Their invoice was thorough and they provided pictures of what did. I would use them again!

I am Mr. Kendrick, Turner, I'm so glad I'm dealing with Mr. Williams. He was a man of his word. When I had problems and had issues, he came back and made it right. He demanded his word. He came to me did. What do you say it and bought me? My refund so about him being that type of person. I just saw it and change my review. I am a man of my word so he gave me people to be in contact. Will if he can't help me. These people came to me and there was professional. The customer service person ideal with 101 because she knows how to deal with people so I must say this. You can. Depend on this company, but if you have any issues, these are the people you can get in contact with. And I promise you they will do you right? So I'll changing my review because I'm doing it. Because he was a man of his word, he did. What he said, he's correcting all the mistakes that were made and I'm so proud that he decided to do this so people. Just looking at the review, contact him directly and contact these people on the list. If you have any, they will give you the best service. At first things wasn't going right. You put up bad taste in my mouth. I do not want to deal with them but now I do thank you all and God bless. I'm changing my review and making I am giving them 5 stars. At first I couldn't do it but now I can.

Chris from new construction quickly diagnosed the whistling coming from a hallway ceiling return and fixed it within minutes. Excellent company in every respect - professionalism, timeliness and communication. As a result, we are signing a very reasonable monthly service contract with them to get regular check-ups and save in the long run.

Great service from all involved - the office, HVAC tech and electrician, Andrew. Very quick response. On time and very nice individuals. They explained everything thoroughly. And lastly, my pets are very important to me and both technicians were very nice to my cat! Very happy with the service!

What a positive experience with A-Star ! The tech Akuri was very informative of the process to get my AC unit back online and was very professional and service oriented of all my options to prevent this from happening again. My technician Akuri was AMAZING and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE . He was very professional and patient with me. Any questions I had he was able to answer them with out getting frustrated with me asking the same questions. He even help me set up the app and showed me how to work the app. Good guy very good guy

Philip is amazing! He and Scott assisted with getting everything set up for my In-laws. I absolutely loved the fact that he was training someone (I did this for years), letting them take the first go at explaining and coming in after to show them a more detailed way to break it down for the customer. Their new system will be installed tomorrow!!

I've used a a few different heating and AC repair companies over the years. This company at least for me. Was an excellent choice and I would highly recommend them. If you looking for repairs. Get 2 or 3 quotes if you like. But I was completely happy with the price and the system I got.

My heater was not working and it was about 12 degrees outside. Joaquin came out after hours and got my furnace up and running in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and professional. Will use A Star again and highly recommend this company.

I recently had a wonderful experience with A-star. They came out to our home for a free tune up and discovered one of the heater parts wasn’t functioning properly. I called them following week to get it replaced. Erin from A-star worked diligently to get the part ordered and set up the installation timely. She also provided regular updates to me as she was working on ordering the part. Even the technicians that came to install were great. I really appreciate the great customer service this company offered.

Jacob and Philip came out on Monday (the same day I called) and diagnosed why my heater was not working. When they didn't have the correct part available, Philip found a temporary replacement and returned first thing the next morning to complete the repair. Their service was very impressive and I'll definitely be using them in the future.

Heater was out when I got home last night, I called A-Star Air first thing this morning and was up and running right away. Justin was the technician who came, he is great. Justin went through and gave me some options for work I will be getting done to get the unit in better shape, he spent time explaining what I need and why, was thorough and a great communicator. I am very pleased with service.

Excellent absolutely Awesome! Most people charge $100+ for HVAC tune up, A-Star was free. These days people need someone they can trust with A/C - Heat, I found that company with A-Star. The perks are awesome with A-Star. The tech guy was so professional, trust was there from the beginning

I’ve been dealing with another company that was assigned by my home warranty insurance for some toilets backing up. Three weeks, 2/3 toilets down and the issue was still not resolved with several visits and incorrect diagnosis’. Scheduled a visit with A Star, got in within 3 days and Cooper figured out the problem and cleared the issue within the hour. 10/10 recommend!

Justin Holland was my technician and he is very knowledgeable & courteous. He informed me of issues other companies did not even bother to advise me on my system, he did.. My system is now working better than before AStar came to my house.
It is well worth the money, I suggest getting their monthly maintenance agreement for $14.95. It will save you money....

Justin J Hollard came by and was very professional, efficient and polite and he spent time looking over the unit in the attic and outside to determine what’s wrong with it. He then taken pictures and showed me several options to repair/replace the unit. He gave me great service and will highly recommend him to to service my friends and family units.

Jay Holland came out to my residence due to my air conditioning issue. I can tell you in the 22 years we have lived in this house, I have never seen a technician be so thorough and so detailed looking for the issue and the problem. Not only did he find the issue, but offered several different options that we could look at to fixing the issue that we can look at as far as long term down the road, or just getting it up and running for now then coming back in and doing the upgrades in the very near future. He was extremely professional and I would recommend this company to friends and family, with ease dealing they are being taken care of.

We had our AC maintenance completed and had a few issues we called them to check. Frankie came out and was so informative and was able to get us what we needed. We had been without a/c for a week while dealing with a bum home warranty for our a/c repairs. After much back and forth - we took matters into our own hands and hired A-star Air conditioning to service our unit. We could not be more pleased with Justin Holland and the A-Star team. Justin was very thorough in his diagnosis and explanation of issues with our a/c unit. We walked away feeling well informed and confident that we were in good hands. I have been an A-Star customer for many years. Last summer (2022) and this summer August 2023 I had A/C issues on the hottest days of the summers. I thought for sure I would need a new unit. I was pleasantly surprised that both times they were easy and relatively cheap to fix. This year the service tech had a family emergency in the middle of the job and the service manager came out to make sure I was well taken care of. I will continue to use them as I have trust in this company. Thanks again for getting my A/C running before the temp was 110 later in the day!

Mainline was backing up into my front yard. I called A Star Plumbing and explained the situation. The person that answered the call was kind, helpful and empathetic. They got a technician out to me within the hour. Jared, the technician, was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and worked with me on the price. I am so grateful for him and for the prompt and kind response from A Star Plumbing as a whole. Will definitely use them again in the future when I need a plumber and would recommend them to anyone, especially in an emergency situation. They wont take advantage.

I've used A-Star since Alex, the owner, was a small operation installing HVAC systems. They've grown substantially, but they still take care of their customers. Recently I had to replace a tankless water heater that proved to be a little tricky. The guys at A-Star had to double back to make some modifications and they got on it quickly to make things right. Good attitude, good customer service. Much appreciated!

Tech was on time. He was nice, professional, and explained any questions I had. Did a maintenance and service call. Decent pricing along the lines of others. The Gold Star membership explained was confusing but worth it if you plan on twice yearly maintenance and at least 1 service call if something happens.

Our experience was amazing and a relief. The service guy that came out was concerned about our water leak but didn't have the part to fix it. It was late Friday evening. On Monday he was here early and got the job done! Very nice guy!

I called at 7:15am on a Friday, and Franky was out and had the problem fixed by 10:30am. This was on July 28th, during their busiest time of the year. Franky was very knowledgeable and willing to teach me how to read the capacitor rating and understand how it worked. Top notch service all the way around.

Jordan Blaine came out today to clear my drains in my bathroom. I was very concerned about the price and he was very honest about my alternatives. I decided to go ahead and get the service done versus using Drano and the amount of hair that he pulled from my master bathroom drain made the whole balance due completely worth it. He was professional, friendly, and honest. I would definitely recommend this company again, which is why I signed up for the maintenance contract!

I was quoted almost $700 by a different plumber to clear a clog in my main line that was affecting two of my bathrooms. They said they would have to access it via the roof. Jeremy with Alpha Star swooped right in and cleared it for $50 (during a recent special). He was also very informative and approachable which is a huge plus in my book. A-Star is our plumber moving forward and I can't wait until they get some electricians hired!

On July 25 and July 26 had two gentlemen come to my home to perform an inspection on my plumbing and on my A/C and Heating units. SHAWN and PETER. I ask them if I could look over their shoulder and maybe learn something. They said they would gladly tell me what they were doing during their inspections. I must say they were the two most polite and courteous gentlemen.They told me what they were doing as they did their inspections. I had never met either of them before. They are an asset to A-STAR. Hope other customer feel the same.

My AC unit stopped working at 3pm. I called A-Star at 4pm and they are at my house by 4:30. The technician was exceptionally friendly and knowledgable. He went out of his way to do everything possible to get my system back up and running. I cannot recommend this company and their staff enough. This is truly one of the best customer service experiences that I have ever been a part of.

A-Star is a lifesaver! The call representative was easy to talk to and friendly. She took the time to listen and provide membership information. A-Star provided service the same day. Noel is the technician who came out. He has excellent customer service skills and was able to pinpoint the issue immediately. I had lots of questions for Noel to ensure my unit was running properly. Afterwards he resolved the concerns I was having. He was honest about ensuring I keep regular maintenance routines on my unit. Good and honest help is hard to find and I was hesitant on calling but I’m so glad I did! Thanks for the tips Noel! I will be recommending y’all in the future.

I was able to get same day service. They had a coupon on their website for drain cleaning service which I used. Generally, I'd rent a machine myself from Home Depot and clean my lines out myself but the coupon made this deal even sweeter and I didn't have to do any work but pay. Cooper was the technician that came out and he didn't mind me watching what he was doing or mind me asking questions. I need to have additional repairs done and Cooper was not pushy at all about letting me know my options. I appreciated that about him.

While he was inspecting our area of concern he noticed an issue with a different component and verified we had warranty coverage and helped us to get that fixed as well. I used Comfort Masters to replace my A/C system and I am completely satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of the staff. Matt Johnson did a great job explaining the system and coordinating the installation. He even sent one of his staff out a few days later to do a quality check and to make sure that I was satisfied with everything.

Wow! My AC was out and my home warranty company was dragging their feet on approving the repair. I called AStar and they not only got someone out immediately to evaluate the system, but had the repair completed before I even heard back from my warranty company! We went from inside temperatures in the upper 90s to cool 70s overnight! We are very happy with the service, professionalism, and pricing.

Tucker did an awesome job today. He is courteous, professional and listens well. He found two issues that should have been found by previous technicians but were not. One issue could have cost us a lot of money in damage to our home.
Tucker took the time to explain clearly what was happening and how important the situations were as well. The way he handled everything created a high level of trust in his work. The Tech went above and beyond his duties, to check our A/C system after working hours. He was actually just in the neighborhood and checked it out of the kindness of his heart. He was so nice and understanding even with my 9 year old trying to be his helper. I can’t thank him enough it was 87 degrees in our home. If I could split the rating, I would. Justin, the tech, was amazing. The company however struggles with over booking their techs and not communicating well. Justin showed up 3 hours late due to being stuck out on another job. He was still professional and polite, working as quickly as he could to diagnose the issue and trying to fix what he could immediately. He cleaned up a severely damaged unit and set us up on a repair plan (parts had to be ordered). Justin was professional and honest about everything, there was a lot of expensive damage. 100% would request him again.

Super helpful. Really nice technician! Would recommend them to anyone needing work done on the AC or furnace. Explained everything before they did it. There was a window accidentally broken by a ladder when they were trying to get to the roof and they instantly had someone their within an hour to replace and fix it. I was so impressed with these guys!!

Was very happy with the maintenance work performed by A-Star Air Conditioning and Plumbing. Technician Noel was very professional and went above and beyond inspecting and working on our AC units. He talked me through what he had worked on and what he found for next steps in prolonging the life on our AC units (I’m very appreciative for that!). A lot of AC companies and their technicians can take advantage of consumers especially during the summer months. But the way Noel explained how to improve our AC performance and what to let be, gives me confidence that A-Star Air Conditioning and plumbing is not that typical up-selling company we hear too often. I'm selling my home and the home inspector recommended service before sell is finalized. Called A-Star. Good response time. Tech very professional and explained what should be done and did it. He didn't use the scar tactics in trying to get me to authorize services I didn't need. Since installing my unit a few years ago, service has been top notch. Highly Highly recommend A-Srar. I will past their name on to the buyer of my home.

I couldn’t be more impressed or pleased with A-Star! Maria scheduled the services for me. She was friendly and efficient. The technician arrived on time, was very professional and took time to explain what he was doing and why. Communication has been very good. I’m quite impressed and look forward to using A-Star for all my A/C and plumbing needs!

I highly recommend A Star. Pedro was very professional and personable. I was able to have new units installed inside and outside the same day he came to diagnose the issue. The technicians were efficient and made sure they didn’t leave us with a mess. They stayed late to finish the job, which I greatly appreciated.

I have used this company a few times since 2018, when they replaced my unit. I am happy with the level of service they provide. Their price was fair in comparison to others. Very friendly service men. Arrived on time after 2 notifications that they were on their way. Great communication, I must say. I may have to call them again for plumbing in the future.

I purchased an annual maintenance program and today was a routine check on the system. In the several checks I’ve had, A-Star has been consistent in that:
1. They take their time to check the system thoroughly.
2. They have some recommendations at times but it’s never a hard sell or anything. I never felt pressured to buy anything extra.
I want to point this out because some providers use maintenance check ups as a great way to get in your house and pressure sell you on something you don’t need. A-Star hasn’t done this to me once. They explain their recommendation - if you don’t want to do it, it’s not mentioned again. -
